CANCELLATION POLICY
Attendees may cancel their conference registration up to two-weeks in advance of the meeting (October 11, 2001) and receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. After October 11, 2001, no refunds will be provided but registrants may apply the tuition to any AAMA conference within one year of the November 11th date. Cancellations must be received in writing. All no shows will be billed.
EARLY REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED

If your are planning to stay at the Alexis Park Resort, a  room registration form will be sent with your conference confirmation letter or call Alexis Park directly. Call AmeriSuites directly to make hotel room reservations. A non-refundable, first night’s deposit is required at both hotels.
