RHI, a regional referral center and the flagship hospital for the Roper St. Francis Healthcare System, offers a comprehensive range of tertiary medical and surgical services. Signature services include heart and vascular, cancer care, neuroscience and stroke treatment, orthopedics, women’s and children’s, and emergency services. The Oncology Service Line Director will report to the CEO of Roper Hospital and the VP of Operations for Roper St. Francis Healthcare (1 individual with a dual role) and will have system-wide responsibility for oncology. Specific responsibilities include radiation therapy, outpatient infusion, oncology research, and cancer program administration.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader skilled in clinical program strategy and business development. Some of the key professional requirements include:

  • a minimum of ten years experience in healthcare, to include at least five  years in clinical program development with a track record of success;
