The Vice President of Operations will build on already established successes to align the organization’s vision and strategic goals. The Vice President (VP) of Operations, will report to the Chief Operations Officer of Virtua Medical Group, and work collaboratively with senior members of the VMG management team to facilitate growth and further development of the practice. The VP of Operations will be responsible for day-to-day business operations including planning, integration, financial affairs, information technology and quality. Through developing physician relationships the VP will lead initiatives aimed at strengthening market presence, integrating services and practice sites and developing motivated, high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will be an interpersonal, proactive leader skilled in driving successful operational integration and building collaborative relationships. He/She should have a proven track record in leading integrated teams and achieving consensus through organizational changes. A Master’s degree in health or business administration and at least ten years progressive leadership experience in physician practice management in a highly competitive market is required.
