We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. To qualify you must have a High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years experience in Patient Accounts or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience plus knowledge of third party operations and familiarity with automated patient accounting systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum reimbursement to the Medical Center by managing patient accounts; reviewing trial balance, HTS, and third party vouchers to determine accounts requiring action; ensuring payments have been applied to the proper service date and reference number; checking accounts with outstanding balances to determine whether accounts should be cancelled and re-billed, billed to secondary carrier/patient or refund prepared; reviewing patient folders and registration forms and charging documents to ensure that all information is complete and accurate; plus all related job duties as assigned. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Associate’s degree with knowledge of PC applications preferred.
