In collaboration with the designated Oncology Service Line Medical Director, supports oncology service line development, refinement and growth. The Oncology Service Line Director will direct, plan, market, and implement the oncology service line with direct responsibility for the overall staff of the cancer center in conjunction with the Medical Director. This includes the functions of oncology outpatient infusion services, psychosocial services, cancer screening programs, the cancer committee, tumor registry, research program, radiation oncology services, and the cancer center facilities with liaison/collaborative responsibility to private practice medical oncology.

The Hospital and the Heart and Vascular Center have consistently ranked among the top 100 in the country and most recently ranked 24th by U.S. News and World Report. They are also the largest provider of cardiovascular care in the greater Cincinnati area, as well as The Most Preferred for 12 years in a row.

The Executive Director will report to the CEO, Susan Croushore and lead the key constituents of the Heart and Vascular Center as well as many matrix functions to develop and expand market share and growth opportunities while ensuring continued superior clinical outcomes and customer service.
