Reporting to the Clinic Services Director, the Outpatient Services Manager will be responsible for independently managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, which provide both primary and specialty care for approximately 3,000 visits per month, and supervising a large staff of over 30 professional and paraprofessional employees consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Staff Nurses, Clinic Office Supervisors, Medical Assistants, and Patient Services Representatives. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations for the Department of Surgery you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of Clinics at multiple practice sites at Parnassus, Mount Zion, and off-site locations (CPMC, St. Francis and St. Mary’s hospitals). Includes leadership of managerial and clinical personnel, systems planning, financial management, participation in executive committees, and hands-on problem solving of complex customer service and personnel issues.
