June 15th, 12:00 – 4:00 PM
Delivery of health care services requires that all members of the health delivery team understand the social, political and economic pressures that are driving today’s leaders. Is today’s environment managing care or merely managing cost? Do we use technological advances as tools to improve on the delivery of care, or do we use this to say we are technologically savvy? Diversity of opinions regarding just these two issues gives the impression of chaos. Our goals for this conference are to bring together proven warriors within the Department of Defense’s effort to make TRICARE work and to give you their insights and perspectives on what you can do, whether within the DoD system or in the civilian sector supporting TRICARE, to make yourself a value-added contributor.
